    Information was available in-store - with consumers asked to visit the claim website to download a claim form. Completed claim forms were mailed in with till receipt and sticker from pack for valid claimants to receive to their purchase price back plus $0.60 postage.

    URMA worked with the client’s Sales Promotion agency to provide a fixed fee to cover the entire financial risk of the consumer response.
