Our History

Since April 2007 URMA has proudly provided risk management services in Australia and New Zealand to some of the most respected agencies and brands in the APAC region.

This is our history to date:

Umbrella Risk Management has been established in the UK for 8 years providing risk management solutions to the Sales Promotion and Marketing industries in Great Britain and Europe.

Since 2005 Umbrella UK has been working exclusively with Diageo and United Biscuits. In early 2007 Unilever UK exclusively retained Umbrella UK across all sales promotions -
across all brands.

In late 2006 an opportunity to open an office in Sydney to service the Australian market was realised.
In April 2007 URMA Pty Ltd was incorporated and the office in Crows Nest was opened.
